We are currently in need of Assistant Data Collection Coordinator, Field Interviewers and Field Supervisors for the Wave 6 Longitudinal Cohort Study on the Filipino Child (LCSFC) - Visayas domain.

Job Description

Assistant Data Collection Coordinator: He/she ensures that all teams (Field Supervisors/Field Interviewers) complete the required trainings, assists in implementing and monitoring data collection operations, ensures that teams complete the debriefing sessions at the end of data collection, coordinates with research assistants and field personnel regarding survey operations, submits weekly data collection and monitoring reports and performs other tasks deemed necessary to achieve the study objectives.

Field Supervisor: He/she supervises and schedules/coordinates all survey-related and data collection procedures assigned to his/her team, assists in training field interviewers, conducts courtesy calls to local government officials, edits team interviews, handles all interviewers’ concerns and problems in the field and submits required reports.

Field Interviewer: He/she gathers data through face-to-face interviews in accordance with the prescribed data collection administration procedures, edits collected survey data and treats collected information with complete confidentiality in order to ensure the protection of survey respondents.

Qualifications:

1. College graduate (any four or five year course)
2. Computer literate
3. Good communication skills
4. Willing and physically fit to do fieldwork
5. Willing and able to render work on Sundays/Holidays
6. Research fieldwork experience is an advantage
7. Experience in conducting LCSFC data collection in good standing is a significant advantage
