We are currently in need of Research Assistants who will assist in monitoring field work operations related to a survey (Assistant Monitors).
Job Description:
He/she will monitor field operations and compliance to required data collection procedures in assigned study areas. Assist and guide the field teams in proper computer-assisted-personal-interviewing (CAPI) survey methods, specifically in data entry and transmission of survey data. Assist the OPS management team in reviewing and editing survey data, monitoring field personnel performance and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
1. College graduate (any four or five year course)
2. Must be computer literate; experience in CAPI is an advantage
3. Good communication skills
4. Willing and physically fit to do fieldwork across different provinces
5. Willing and able to render work on Sundays/Holidays
6. Research fieldwork experience is an advantage
7. Prior work eexperience at OPS, in any survey-related capacity and with recorded good performance, is a distinct advantage.
