We are currently in need of Field Interviewers and Field Supervisors for the Wave 4 Longitudinal Cohort Study on the Filipino Child (LCSFC). Area of coverage includes Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Duration of fieldwork is from January to April 2020 (inclusive of 2 weeks training).

Job Description

Field Interviewer: He/she gathers data through face-to-face interviews in accordance with the prescribed data collection administration procedures, edits collected survey data and treats collected information with complete confidentiality in order to ensure the protection of survey respondents.

Field Supervisor: He/she supervises and schedules/coordinates all survey-related and data collection procedures assigned to his/her team, assists in training field interviewers, conducts courtesy calls to local government officials, administers the community survey questionnaire, edits team interviews, handles all interviewers' concerns and problems in the field, and submits required reports.


1. College graduate (any four or five year course)
2. Computer literate
3. Good communication skills
4. Willing and physically fit to do fieldwork across different provinces
5. Willing and able to render work on Sundays/Holidays
6. Research fieldwork experience is an advantage
7. Experience in conducting LCSFC data collection in good standing is a significant advantage
